Isuzu DST Recall Campaign

Due to a potential problem with the internal electronics of the IDST devices, it is necessary that some devices are returned to the manufacturer so corrections can be made. All tools affected will be corrected and returned to your location as quickly as possible. Please fill out the form below. Indicate whether your own box will be used for the return, or if one should be provided at no cost. The shipping costs will be pre-paid both directions.

To determine if your tool is affected, there are a few options.

    1. If the carrying case has black color latches, the tool IS part of this campaign and should be repaired.
    2. If the carrying case has red color latches, the tool is OK and NOT part of this campaign.
    3. Power the tool ON. At the Main Menu, go to “Show serial number”. If the serial number begins with “44” e.g. 44XXXXXX, the tool IS part of this campaign and should be repaired.
